All fees paid to StoriesBox.app are non-refundable once a subscription period has begun and platform access has been granted. We strongly encourage users to explore any available free trial or preview content before committing to a paid plan.

2. Circumstances Under Which Refunds May Be Considered

Refund requests will be reviewed and may be approved under the following limited circumstances:

  • A verified duplicate charge resulting from a technical error during payment processing
  • Complete and verified inaccessibility of the platform for the entirety of a billing period due to a fault attributable solely to our infrastructure
  • A confirmed fraudulent or unauthorised transaction reported to us within 7 calendar days of the charge

3. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Partial use of any subscription period, regardless of the amount of content consumed
  • Change of mind or dissatisfaction with content selection after subscription activation
  • Failure to cancel a subscription before the renewal date
  • Technical issues originating from the user's device, internet service provider, or third-party software
  • Suspension or termination of an account due to violation of our Terms and Conditions

4. Refund Request Procedure

To submit a refund request, please email us at info@storiesbox.app with the subject line: "Refund Request". Your email must include:

  • Your registered email address and platform username
  • The transaction ID and amount charged
  • Date of the transaction
  • A clear description of the reason for the refund request

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method. Processing timelines may vary between 10 and 14 business days depending on your bank or payment gateway. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party financial institutions. Our team will acknowledge your request within 3 business days and aim to resolve it within 7–10 business days.

6. Policy Amendments

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy. Any changes will be reflected on this page. Continued use of the platform following such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
